Tasting Notes

2012 St Huberts Cabernet Sauvignon

Individual vineyard parcels were fermented in a range of vessels in order to enhance the differing flavour and tannin profiles of the fruit. With plum and cassis on the nose, ripe and fleshy plum and chocolate flavours continue. As the 150th anniversary vintage of this wine, it will age nicely for years to come.

2012 St Huberts Pinot Noir

A percentage of this handpicked fruit was whole bunch fermented with wild yeast to add complexity. A pale crimson hue, this depth is seen on the brooding nose – with layers of black cherry, spice and earthy characters. Light-bodied, this ripe vintage shows generous red fruits and structured tannins. A hint of blood plum precedes a long cherry and toast finish.
